Return Policy

Items (gold and silver jewelry) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the day of receipt. For gold and silver jewelry, please ensure that the item is returned in its original, unaltered condition, with all original packaging, certificates, and documentation intact. If you have any problem after receiving your item – such as receiving an incorrect or damaged piece – please take clear photos and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund the item according to your request. The cost of return shipping will be reimbursed if the issue is due to our error; otherwise, it will be borne by you.

Before sending back the products, please contact our customer service first for the return address.


Return Conditions

  1. For Items Without a Quality Issue:

    • Please ensure that the returned jewelry is unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
    • All original packaging, certificates, and any accompanying documentation must be intact.
    • All return requests must be authorized by our customer service team before shipping the item to our return address.
  2. For Items with a Quality Issue or Incorrect Items:

    • Please contact our customer service with clear photos that show the problem.
    • Once confirmed, the return address will be provided to you immediately.

The following situations (but not limited to these) may warrant a return or refund:

  • Defective Products:
    Issues may include manufacturing defects, scratches, tarnishing, improper finishing, or any deviation from the specifications and images shown in our product listings.

  • Dissatisfaction:
    If you do not like the item or it does not meet your expectations, you may request a return.

  • Incorrect Shipments:
    If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service immediately.


Return Process & Refund Steps

Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Send an email to our customer service at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • SKU number or product name
  • Reason for return

Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours (on business days) and provide you with the return address.

Step 2: Return the Item
Ship the item to the return address provided by our customer service.

  • Please include proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid return receipt.

Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s), we will immediately email you to arrange a refund or exchange as requested.


Important Notice

  • Please refrain from using the delivery address on your package as the return address. Only use the return address provided by our customer service team.
  • Ensure that you do not accidentally include any non-returnable items in your return package, as we cannot guarantee their return to you.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stolen return packages during transit. To avoid any issues, please keep your return tracking number and receipt.

Refund Policy

  • Any misprinted, damaged, or defective items caused by our production or transportation are covered at our expense, and you will receive a full refund. We will also reimburse the return shipping cost in such cases.
  • Your order will be fully refunded if it is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping.
  • We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the orders have already been shipped.
  • If parcels are lost in transit, we will cover your loss by issuing a full refund.
  • If you provide an address that the courier cannot recognize, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once an updated address is confirmed (if applicable).
  • If you provide an incorrect address when placing an order and do not contact us to change it, you will be responsible for all resulting losses.
  • Items returned with obvious signs of wear, use, or alterations (such as polishing, cleaning, or other modifications) may be subject to denial and will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Please note that the processing of refunds can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

How Will Customers Get the Return Label?

  1. For Defective Products:
    If the product is incorrect or damaged during transit (which is our responsibility), a return label will be included in the package shipped to you.

  2. For Customer Remorse:
    If the customer purchased the wrong product, if it does not meet their expectations, or they no longer want the item, the return label will not be provided by us. In this case, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
